How we look after your personal information.

Enrichment Care Pty Ltd respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What information do we collect?

We collect information needed to provide and manage supports, such as your name, contact details, date of birth, NDIS details, support needs, health information relevant to your supports, and emergency contacts. For job applicants we collect contact details, work history and screening information.

How do we collect it?

Usually directly from you, or from someone you have authorised, such as a family member, nominee, support coordinator or plan manager. We also collect information when you use our website forms.

How do we use it?

To match you with workers, deliver and coordinate supports, manage service agreements and payments, meet our legal and NDIS obligations, respond to feedback and improve our services.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people who need it to support you, such as your support worker, and with your consent or where the law requires or permits, including the NDIA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We do not sell personal information.

How do we store and protect it?

We store information securely in access-controlled systems and keep it only as long as needed or required by law.

Can I access or correct my information?

Yes. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

How do I make a privacy complaint?

Contact us on 1300 543 123 or admin@enrichmentcare.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
