Our team comes from more than 30 cultural and minority backgrounds. Speaking another language or understanding a community's culture is valued here.

What roles do we hire for?

  • Disability support workers for personal care, community participation, life skills, meal preparation and transport.
  • Cleaners for NDIS household tasks and laundry.
  • Bilingual and bicultural workers to support participants in their preferred language.

What checks and qualifications do you need?

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (for roles with children)
  • Current first aid and CPR
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Australian work rights and a driver licence for most roles
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, or relevant experience

How does the process work?

What do I need to work as a support worker with Enrichment Care?

You will need an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children Check where relevant, current first aid and CPR, the right to work in Australia, and completion of the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module. A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or similar experience is valued.

Do you hire people who speak languages other than English?

Yes. Our team includes carers from more than 30 cultural and minority backgrounds, and bilingual workers help us match participants who prefer to communicate in their own language.

Are roles available outside Sydney?

Yes. We recruit workers who live near the participants they support, so roles come up across Australia. Send us your details and suburb and we will contact you when there is a match nearby.
