Why does Enrichment Care exist?
Enrichment Care exists so that people with disability get support that fits their identity as well as their needs.
Too many families from culturally diverse backgrounds have struggled to find a worker who speaks their language, understands their food and faith, or respects the role family plays in care. We built Enrichment Care to change that.
What do we do?
We provide NDIS core supports to participants across Australia: personal care, community participation, life skills development, cleaning, meal preparation and travel and transport.
Our carers come from more than 30 cultural and minority backgrounds. We match each participant on language, culture, personality, interests and care needs, and we send worker profiles so families can choose.
Who do we support?
Everyone. We support people with a wide range of disabilities, including participants with complex support needs, mental health conditions and histories of criminal convictions. We work with families, support coordinators and the person's other providers to keep support consistent.
What do we value?

Where are we based?
Our office is at Level 1/457-459 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, and our mailing address is PO Box 148, Epping NSW 1710. We arrange support in every state and territory by recruiting workers who live near the people they support. See our locations.
