Find your support worker
Tell us who you are and what you need. We send profiles of workers who fit, and you choose who supports you.

How does Enrichment Care match support workers?
We learn about your needs, routine, language, culture and interests, shortlist workers who fit, and send you their profiles. You meet your preferred worker before supports start, and you can ask for a change at any time.
The matching process
This is the same process whether you need two hours a week or daily support.
Tell us about you
Call or send an enquiry. We ask about your goals, routine, language, culture, interests and the support you need.
Review worker profiles
We shortlist workers who fit and send you their profiles, so you can see who they are before deciding.
Meet and greet
Meet your preferred worker before supports start. If it does not feel right, we find someone else.
Supports begin
We agree your service agreement and roster, then check in regularly to make sure things are working.
What we ask about
The more we know, the better the match. You only share what you are comfortable with.

Language and communication
Your preferred language and how you like to communicate, including any communication aids.

Food, prayer times, celebrations, modesty and the role your family plays in care.

Days, times and location
When you need support and where, so we can match workers who live nearby.
Preferences about your worker
Gender, age range or experience with particular disabilities, if these matter to you.
What families say about us
Reviews from families we support, as posted on public review sites.
Great service. Sam from Enrichment Care was able to match us with a Korean-speaking disability support worker, who has helped my daughter with Angelman syndrome.
Through working with Enrichment Care, I actually felt like Maung was receiving the quality of care that he required and we didn't feel like a client and more like a friend who was in need of help. They gave us a permanent, Burmese speaking support worker (Saw) which was great in elevating language barriers and now Maung considers him to be his best friend.
Would highly recommend to any family or individual with disability. My son has autism and type 1 diabetes and requires care on a daily basis. My wife and I have been through multiple NDIS providers, which were lacking compassion and care that suited my son's needs, until a family friend recommended us Enrichment Care. Whom were friendly and well driven to provide my son the quality of care he needs. Our carer Jasmine has been excellent with us and has gone over and beyond our expectations and is my son's favourite carer.
Finding a worker: common questions
How long does it take to find a support worker?
It depends on your location, the hours you need and how specific your preferences are. We start shortlisting as soon as we understand your needs, and we keep you updated. Call us to talk about timing for your situation.
Can I ask for a worker of a particular gender, age or language?
Yes. Tell us what matters to you, including gender, age range, language, cultural background, faith or interests. We will be honest about who is available near you.
What if I do not like the worker after a few shifts?
Tell us. Changing workers is normal and we will not take it personally. We will talk about what was not working and find someone who fits better.
What is in a worker profile?
Profiles cover the worker's experience, the kinds of support they provide, languages, cultural background where they choose to share it, interests, availability and general location.
